By downloading or using Finance, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
Finance is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you track and organize accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, recurring items, trips, warranties, receipts, and related financial information.
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of information you enter and the results shown by the app.
Your Data
Finance is designed as a local-first app. Your data is stored on your device unless you enable features such as iCloud Sync.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Apple ID and for taking reasonable steps to protect your information.
Finance may provide export and backup tools, but you remain responsible for keeping copies of information that is important to you.
No Financial Advice
Finance is a tracking and planning tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Budgets, projections, summaries, categorizations, reminders, AI-assisted suggestions, and other calculations are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors.
You should independently verify important financial information before making decisions.
Third-Party Services
Some features depend on services provided by Apple, including iCloud, notifications, biometric authentication, and App Store services.
The availability and operation of those services are subject to Apple's own terms and policies, and Finance does not control their availability.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Finance is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or that all data, calculations, sync operations, or notifications will always be complete or accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Finance and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
Continued use of Finance after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
